Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of AI Video Bench (the "Site"), operated by JunleeBuild Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). The Site is an independent lab that compares AI video, voice and subtitle tools by converting official price lists to the same conditions, and publishes measured results under a published methodology as each measurement is completed.

2. Nature of the information

Rankings, scores and unit costs on the Site are calculations or measurements as of the stated check date and may differ from each service's current terms. Values we have not confirmed are shown as "—" rather than as numbers. Nothing on the Site is purchase, investment or legal advice.

Every ranking states its basis (period, sample, metric). Use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

3. Your obligations

  • Do not redistribute the Site's data, text or video without attribution.
  • Do not send excessive automated requests or circulate altered measurement results.
  • Do not use the Site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

4. Paid service (VIP Pass)

The VIP Pass is a licence to use the Site's prompts, presets and benchmark materials: the monthly pass runs for 30 days from the time of payment, and the lifetime pass has no expiry for as long as the Site operates.

The price is the amount shown at checkout; payment is processed on the payment provider's page and the Company does not store card numbers.

Licence keys are non-transferable. The Company may suspend a licence when misuse is confirmed.

5. Withdrawal and refunds (digital content)

The VIP Pass is digital content. Withdrawal and refunds follow the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (the "E-Commerce Act") and the rules below.

  • You may withdraw (full refund) within 7 days of receiving the payment confirmation (E-Commerce Act, Article 17(1)).
  • Once you enter the licence key and start viewing, copying or downloading unlocked materials, supply of the digital content has begun and withdrawal is restricted (Article 17(2)(5)). Where the contract is supplied in separable parts, parts not yet supplied can still be withdrawn.
  • Before payment we state this restriction and let you check the free materials and public comparison tables first, so that your right of withdrawal is not obstructed (Article 17(6)).
  • If the content differs from what was displayed or advertised, or from the contract, you may withdraw regardless of use within 3 months of supply or within 30 days of when you learned or could have learned of it (Article 17(3)).
  • Once a withdrawal is confirmed we start the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days (Article 18) and deactivate the licence key. Card payments are refunded by cancelling the authorisation; when it appears on your statement depends on the card issuer.
  • Any product sold with automatic renewal shows that fact and how to cancel at checkout; after cancellation no further billing cycle is charged.

This does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

6. Affiliate links

The Site contains affiliate links; when you sign up or purchase through them the Company earns a commission. See the Affiliate Disclosure page. Affiliate status never changes calculated rankings or scores; lists sorted as Recommended show official partners first.

7. Intellectual property

Measurement data, text, graphics and video on the Site belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Benchmark input materials and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; see the Copyright Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Company does not warrant that the Site's information is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes

The Company may change these terms and will announce changes and their effective date on the Site in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under its Civil Procedure Act.
