Privacy Policy

1. Controller

This policy explains how JunleeBuild Co., Ltd. (the "Company") handles personal data on AI Video Bench.

2. What we process and why

• Newsletter / free pack requests: email, consent timestamp, consent text, source — delivery and proof of consent
• Creator profile claims: email, verification code — confirming profile ownership
• Partner applications: email, consent timestamp, programs of interest — follow-up contact
• VIP Pass orders: email, payment-provider reference, product, amount, currency, status — licence issuance and refunds (card numbers are held only by the payment provider)
• Affiliate link clicks (/go/): timestamp, language, page, slot, referrer domain, one-way hash of the browser identifier — click counting, not identification
• Server access logs: IP address, request path, timestamp — security and incident response

3. Email consent

We collect an email address only when you type it into a sign-up form yourself and tick the consent box. The box is never pre-ticked, and nothing is stored without consent.

We record the consent text shown to you, the time and the source page as proof of consent.

Promotional emails go only to people who opted in, identify the sender and include an unsubscribe link in every message (Korea's Network Act, Japan's Act on Specified Electronic Mail, U.S. CAN-SPAM Act). You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The Site sets no advertising-tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Prompt presets and unlock state live only in your browser's localStorage and are not sent to our servers.

When your browser fetches fonts and scripts from delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs), those providers may receive connection data such as your IP address. Services you reach through affiliate links and X or YouTube embeds may set their own cookies.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties. We use these processors:

• Hosting and storage: Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure; server functions and storage in the Hong Kong region) — site operation
• Payments: the payment provider shown at checkout (Toss Payments, Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) — payment processing
• Embedded content: official X and YouTube embeds — their privacy policies apply.

6. International transfers

Data listed in section 2 is sent over the network when you submit a form or follow a link, and is stored in data centres operated by Microsoft Corporation (Hong Kong region). Purposes and retention are as in sections 2 and 7. If you do not want this transfer you can choose not to submit a form; we then cannot deliver materials or process the request.

7. Retention

• Newsletter and partner applications: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion
• Claim codes: one year after verification or expiry
• VIP orders and licences: the record-keeping periods required by Korean e-commerce law (contract, payment and delivery records 5 years; complaint and dispute records 3 years)
• Click and access logs: one year from creation (aggregates are kept as anonymous statistics)

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction at any time by emailing the address below; we act without undue delay. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.

9. Deletion and security

Data past its retention period is deleted irreversibly. Only the operator has access; storage uses access control and encrypted transport (HTTPS).

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
